Le Prix Chasseur de poésie 2012

est attribué à

Santiago Montobbio

Le jury a été séduit par son évocation de Barcelone, empreintes d'une poésie de flâneur né, et par sa réflexion sur le fil de l'écriture qui donne au poète les clés de la ville.

Santiago Montobbio est né en 1966, et les premiers poèmes de Hospital de Inocentes datent de 1985. La jeunesse du poète a de quoi nous surprendre, tellement sa culture, la maturité tranquille de sa vision et la robuste limpidité de sa langue témoignent d’un tempérament d’homme et d’écrivain très affirmé.

D’emblée, la parenté de la poésie de Montobbio et de celle de certains de ses grands prédécesseurs espagnols, Alberti et Machado en particulier, nous frappe. A partir d’images simples, empruntées au quotidien et à la nature, il évoque le “sentiment tragique de la vie” qu’Unamuno plaçait au fond de l’âme espagnole, ou ce “passage éphémère” que Cecil Day Lewis citait comme “le thème poétique par excellence”. Les fantômes du vent, les “eaux orphelines” “un amour, une ombre, un oubli” sont les symboles favoris de cette poésie du passage, comme les vies qui “passent comme rien”, sans bruit, avec simplicité, dans le silence.

Bonjour,

Je vous annonce avec plaisir le lancement de l'édition 2012 du concours Poésie en liberté : découvrez-en les images sur notre site.

Vendredi dernier des élèves du lycée Jules-Verne à Limours en région parisienne ont rencontré trois lauréats du concours : moment d'échange artistique et humain qui a fait la joie de tous.

Eric Guilleton, auteur, compositeur, interprète a lu des poèmes de l'anthologie 2011 et offert quelques-unes de ses propres chansons. Vous pouvez découvrir le diaporama et les vidéos de cet évènement en cliquant ici.

Les lauréats ont raconté en toute simplicité comment ils ont participé au concours, parfois par hasard, parfois par passion. Puis la suite a été pour eux extraordinaire : rencontrer d'autres jeunes à Paris, rencontrer des artistes connus, découvrir un membre de l'Académie française lire des extraits des  poèmes publiés...
